Work with the Digital Team to report on performance and trends in digital marketing channels with a focus on website analytics

Supports the design, development, implementation, and ongoing site enhancements by providing regularly scheduled dashboards and email updates to identify core insights, achieve business objectives and increase user performance

Serve as go-to resource for core website data analysis along with data insights on other digital channels

Design and build dashboards, using data from multiple sources, to report on analytics for business drivers, various audiences on website use and engagement flow. Delivers actionable standardized and ad hoc reporting. Partner with agencies to automate reporting creation and delivery

Perform queries utilizing SQL programming language

Participate in development of and provide summary reporting on: website multi-variant testing, A/B testing, and other performance efforts that drive fundamental improvements to visitor experiences via web and mobile, and other digital assets

Perform deep dive analysis and present actionable business insights for specific marketing initiatives

Validate data collection and support development of regular management reporting combining digital data and school offline data from multiple sources

Demonstrated success using metrics to improve engagement, inquiry generation, and conversion

Strong understanding of digital properties and how to provide actionable insights with data and audience segmentation

Solid analytical, quantitative, and statistical skills with the ability to derive and communicate key insights from data

Ability to work collaboratively in a creative environment while keeping projects on schedule

Possesses strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency

Displays demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities

Detail-oriented, organized self-starter with ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with Google Analytics; knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud a plus

SQL programming language preferred

Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access including VBA

Tableau experience preferred

BA/BS degree in quantitative field including but not limited to finance, mathematics, statistics or economics from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education required

Minimum of 3 years' experience in Internet Marketing Analytics
