Student Finance Accounts Specialist - Career Education Corporation
- Reconcile internal data system to external FSA systems (ex: Common Origination and Disbursement, G5, e-campus based)
- Review and resolve stale checks
- Report expenditures for yearly FISAP filings
- Communicate reconciliation issues to processors and managers.
- Identify process issues, as they relate to reporting and cash management of TIV programs
- Manage COD closeouts and extended processing requests
- Update CBA scorecard information

Required Experience
- High School Diploma/GED from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent) required
- 3-5 years of Student Finance experience
- Experience working with Common Origination Disbursement website along with G-5 system
Preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Title IV reconciliation and/or cash management
