General Summary:
The Creative Project Manager is responsible for the efficient management of the creative-project planning and production workflows. The right candidate will be a resilient problem solver, skilled and experienced in collaborating with all relevant teams to facilitate seamless execution while delivering good customer service and creative excellence. Particular focus is on resource allocation, schedule facilitation, workload balance, and change management delivery of assigned CST creative projects.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Strong digital traffic experience will play a key role as a member of the Creative Design and UX (CDUX) Team.

Manage the project queues for all “active” creative projects assigned by the CEC Brand Director and other key stakeholders.

Design and implement disciplined and consistent project workflows

Drive an on-time and orderly workflow, holding individuals accountable to milestones and agreements

Route for approval and collect feedback on creative at various stages of development

Define and maintain true workload capacity; assign resources according to applicable skills, workload balance, and project scope

Obtain a comprehensive understanding (working knowledge) of the brand, including mission, positioning, key messaging, and program-specific information.

Partner with the Brand Director and members of the CST creative to ensure that all assigned projects are carried through to completion, per brand and client specifications.

Prepare specifications for assigned projects and submit to vendors for quotes.

Proof materials for accuracy of information and grammar.

Ensure that material produced on behalf of the brand are consistent in look and feel, where applicable.

Quote, confirm cost and timelines with vendors. Follow up with vendors to confirm status and ensure timely delivery.

Review, revise, and approve proofs from vendors.

Keep current on industry standards and advances.
