Director Campus-Transitional - Sanford-Brown College Orlando
- Assuring that the campus meets accreditation, academic and career services standards by following proscribed methods and processes in partnership with the campus leadership team
- Ensure efforts are taken to meet returning student goals established by College budget
- Champion student retention and career services efforts
- Ensure Student Finance processes are being followed and students are being appropriately financially serviced
- Hire, train, supervise, monitor and evaluate the results of the campus Staff
- Plan retention and graduate events to support students and alumni
- Represent the college at functions and professional organizations
- Oversee preparation of statistical reports. Submit reports to the VP - Operations as requested.
- Maintain open communications with the leadership team to ensure that students are being serviced across all departments
- Prepare, attend and participate in staff, faculty and management meetings
- Prepare for and participate in various conference calls
- Maintain a high level of student and staff morale through individual interactions and group activities
- Appropriately plan for and execute space management activities that result in appropriate footprint usage
- Communicate and partner with CEC team members for proper regulatory submissions and responses
- Assist CEC team members in the inventory, preparation and disposition of building contents.
- Assume responsibilities of exited employees as staffing declines with student population
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum of five years’ experience working in educational management with a working knowledge of campus functions and accreditation requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Master’s degree preferred
